Bookings and Deposits
Booking is valid if followed by payment of a DEPOSIT of 20% of the total amount of the stay, to be sent within 7 days after receiving the confirmation e-mail.

Cancellations and early departure
In case of cancellation within 10 days prior to the date of arrival at the hotel, the DEPOSIT will be refunded or can be used for a future stay.
In case of early departure with less than three days notice, the guest is required to pay the price (bed only) for the next three nights or the rest of the stay if less.
